We are children of God. No more, because there is none,
and no less because you cannot slay the light in a child of God.
Elijah Cummings: Hello, Ann, it is good to be with you.
You know, I was always an optimistic man because I could always see the light that shines in each human heart. When I said, we are better than that after some fresh assault on human decency, it was because I say that light, sometimes hidden under more than one bushel but shining nonetheless, that golden light that is at the center of every soul.
This is why we ask to empower our better angels. We ask them to join us in every endeavor, and they get through even the littlest crack of light, even when they are tired of our shenanigans, they come through again and again to show us who we are.
And we are children of God. No more, because there is none, and no less because you cannot slay the light in a child of God.
I ask to you take up your life once again calling on these angels, seeing the world with their eyes, taking nothing for granted, letting no opportunity for grace slip by, no time when you could lend a hand, smile at a child, raise your eyes to smile into the eyes of your own personal angels. I can assure you that they walk with each of you on every path every hour of every day.
I have to say that it has always been a great satisfaction to me to be right, and, when I arrived at my current location, all that I had seen in my mind’s eye while in human form gathered close around me when I crossed the veil, Jesus my savior, my angels and loved ones, all those whose blessings lit my way over a busy and not always carefully lived life.
I was not perfect, no, and atonement is part of any transition, but celebration takes the lead as we reunite with our Father, our Mother, and all of the elemental energies that created the solid heart of gold with in each of us, gold that shines with the slightest ray light.
So it is with great joy that I greet each one of you and offer you my assurances that you are walking on the right path, that you are cared for and loved, and that your homecoming will be marvelous beyond all imaginings, for if you build a house for our Savior, for your Holy One whoever that may be, they will come, and you will recognize yourself in them.
