Michael: Yes, Ann I do. Anita is finely attuned to energy streams and correctly intuits that your access on all levels in increasing. What that means for you is that, while many higher spirits can now reach you and in so doing will help you increase your vibrational frequencies, so too may less helpful energies have access. It is rather like the internet, one of my other interests, which is both a blessing and a curse. You can reach each other, touch each other though miles apart, but, if the access channels are not carefully monitored, mischievous or even negative entities may try to do the same.
Protection is not your long suit, I know, so I ask that you call on me more consistently in order to be assured of a constant screen against these lower forces. I know you cannot see me as Anita does and so do not naturally think of me upon wakening, but I wonder if we could jury rig a system where such contact becomes knee jerk. Might I suggest that in the morning when you first pick up you telephone you ask for my help and protection?
I suggest this because the telephone in these days of internet connections is one of the ways that energy streams are activated and not just on the internet, and this can make you more vulnerable to uninvited forces so it is wise to be careful at the beginning of the day. Your readers may want to consider this approach also.

Michael: Yes. You are not the only one susceptible to less than helpful forces. In these days of close confinement, it is doubly important for each of you to carve out a space which is yours alone.
I can help you with this if you would like. Simply lift your energy in my direction when the day begins and ask that I keep you safe. Particularly in times of stress or aggravation, I am available if you call, and I can help you lower your temperature, so to speak, and provide a protective shield from angry or irritated energies coming into your field. I know it may sound unlikely, but this is the work I have been doing for many eons, and I am very good at it, so I encourage you and your readers to reach out and give me a call.
