Mary Magdalene: Yes, Ann, I am glad to see you taking to heart some of the exhortations from Anita* and others to clear and purify the space as you do these writings. Particularly in these times of turmoil and eruptive change, we can expect the unexpected in terms of uninvited entities and energies that attempt to horn into our sacred space.
And our space is sacred. Boundaries are all the talk these days in psychology, but they have always been critical to a well-balanced life. Otherwise you ricochet from one stimulus to another without direction or balance. Everyone needs the ballast that hold us in the unique central channel that God has created for us, and that ballast is our grounding in spirit.
It can be challenged by dark energies of course, but there is also danger of unbalance in divining into what is perceived as light. In times of turmoil, when the veil is thin, we receive and perceive those angels and guides that surround us, and this can be an exalted, even ecstatic experience. But even here care must be taken to keep our feet on the ground. The true ecstatic experience is rare, but not as much as it used to be, and it has transformed and sometimes destroyed the lives of its participants.
Transformation into a pure channel of Spirit is what is what each of us strives for, but our destruction is not of God, so each of us must be aware of our own abilities and proceed accordingly. It takes time and practice to learn to go back and forth between frequencies and altered transmissions.
What can you handle and still walk in your ordinary shoes and carry on with your life’s essential tasks? Are you ready for radical change and if so on what level? If asked, could you let yourself be crucified? Ann has always thought that was the ultimate question and one that she could not guarantee to answer in the affirmative.
What I am here to tell you is that you do not need to be crucified or to make a grand gesture to be transformed in the way you desire. You just need to take the next step in your life. Every life is different and transformation in every life has a different face, wears different clothes, and works in many different walks of life. You need to look with a critical eye at your own life, and see where you are, what you can handle, and what transformation would mean for you in your particular circumstances.
Not that any spiritual path will be easy. I am certainly not here to promote the prosperity gospel which is a blasphemous contradiction in terms. The gospel does bring prosperity but not necessarily in the way that some shysters have promoted it.
It is purpose that guides our way. We manifest what we need, not always what we want. We learn to pivot, to move from one circumstance to the next, always with purpose, God’s purpose, as our driving force and our shield against negative energies that would invade our space.
Your life purpose may take the form of a beautiful painting or music that has never been written before. It may be a baby or an elder and the care of that precious being that shines the light of purpose upon your life, or. You may be a protector, a guardian against darker forces in a variety of manifestations. Each life is unique and knowledge of your own gifts and boundaries is paramount.
A life of purpose is somewhere within every life. You don’t have to be perfect to scoop it up and follow wherever its light takes you. And with every step that light will become brighter, and those of us sent to travel alongside of your may become clearer and rise more comfortably to your perception or you may know us simply as the gratitude that rises in your heart.
Then you will know you have grabbed the bright thread of your life’s purpose, and your boundaries will be secure.
