Jesus: Be Yourself, It's You We Love

Who'da thunk it?!

Ann: Jesus, I’m wondering if you’d be kind enough to talk to me. I feel like I’ve been to the mountain, I’ve seen the light, and over and over again I have turned tail and clamored back down. Can you help me?

Jesus: Yes, daughter, you are not alone. You are one with the many who have been blinded by the light and have run back to the safety or supposed safety what they see as normal life.

It’s OK. This is what you needed to do.  The light cannot always be assimilated at once. You do not automatically turn into an Avenging Angel when you get a glimpse of how life could and should be in the fullness of the light.

What you must not do is to chase yourself. Just be aware and notice when you run away from what is shown to you as truth, not only human but cosmic and divine truth.  No one else needs to know you are one who has the ability to receive numinous knowledge.  You have no obligation to prophesy, you are simply asked to receive love as best you can, a bit at a time until it fills you.

That is something that is not always easy to receive because with it may come changes that you fear. Yes, I was crucified, and many have suffered draconian events after receiving divine revelation.

I can’t assure you that that won’t happen. But I can assure you that, if you continue to allow yourself exposure to the light, it will infiltrate the deepest cracks in your psyche, in your human being, and in your soul, and you will be on the path to healing.

And sometime, maybe soon, maybe in this life and maybe in another, it will have built sufficient foundation for your fears to recede in the face of all that is offered in following the way of the light

So do not castigate yourself, daughter.  If you need to read a frivolous book, read a book. You will not thereby erase your understanding, your vision of what you have seen, even though you you may think you are retreating from what you think it is asked of you.

Spirit asks only for what you can give. You must learn not to chase yourself.  You must learn to be yourself, to be in the learning phase that you in fact inhabit at this present moment. From that foundation, from that affirmation comes the beauty of the presence of who you are in each moment.

Growth, expansion, and understanding come only when they come at your own pace. Spirit cannot be forced, and we don’t ask you to do so. We simply ask you to be yourself, to smile at your comings and goings, and to lift your eyes and talk to us when you feel a conversation is on offer.

This is how we will all live together in the burgeoning aspects of a Better World.
