Jesus: Feel the hurt. Feel it deep feel it wide. Feel it right to the bottom of your heart and soul. It’s real, it’s been there in so many ways for so long, and this time it cannot be denied because the whole world is in agony and sliced in two with pain.
You have to feel it. You can’t fix it, you can’t heal it, you can’t make it go away until you feel it.
For those of you who have made a lifetime of dodging anything that hurts, this will be a deep dive into agony.
For those who know the practice of feeling hurt, releasing and healing into sacred sacred space, this will be one more, perhaps deeper, but essentially one more in a pattern that is the essence of the human existence.
We are born hurting. Tell yourself anything you want, but that is the truth. But inside that hurt is the holy spark that holds our essence, the spark that sets fire to the rest of our life to consume as fuel that lets us burn into the stratosphere of the Divine.
This is where we are now. Don’t turn away. Use it. Use it for yourself, for your own soul's expansion, and for the growth and expansion of those around you. The pendulum is swinging into darkness and will not be denied, but neither will it last.
We swing to learn, and we swing back to take the fuel of those lessons into something better, something brighter, something holy.
It is up to each one of you to do the same. You are not alone, you have sacred help if only you will ask/ But first you have to feel the hurt because it’s the hurt that will let you ask and set you free to fly.

I cry at every funeral, even if I did not know the person, or maybe knew them and disliked them. It feels like a shared pain for all who are in the throes of suffering in that situation.
My Guru ji speaks from his own experience, I guess. Enlightenment through experience. That is the purpose of our earthly lives, I feel. Hurt, loss, betrayal, disappointment, sadness, heat, cold, everything is here for us to experience. I empathise with my American friends. People with a strong sense of right and wrong. Sending lots of love to all of you. This will pass. This is the storm before the calm.
This message resonates deeply. Our family moved in my preteen years which left me feeling such sadness for a matter of days until the pain subsided. And, all pain subsides. When we’ve done all we can, it’s healing to let go of anything we can’t control. When I was struggling financially I prayed that all my needs would be always be met, and they have been. It's easy to fall into fear, but as Jesus reassures us, help in all forms, no matter how dire the situation is ours, if we ask.
And, yet again, here we are....
