So, What's It Like Over There? I Asked Richard Burton.

.

Ann: Hi Richard, how goes it in the great blue yonder?

Richard: Swimmingly, love, just swimmingly. I have accomplished much on this, well, day is not the right word, so shall we just say, in this little while.

Ann: So, is there day and night? What is time like? And what have you accomplished?

Richard: Let’s take that from the top with the understanding that language, no matter how beautifully crafted, cannot encompass meaningful answers to the questions you pose.

No there is no “day and night” here since our existence is not tied to a planet revolving around a star. However, there is light and dark, both in actuality and in metaphysical terms. We strive for the light, but, like those of you on earth, many do not always live there.

As you know, life does not end after death, and those of us who have transitioned have much work to do to raise our frequencies to resonate with more highly attuned beings. I myself came into my last life with a highly sensitive instrument. Unfortunately, I was unable to calibrate it with internal resonances from Source which were often drowned out with my preoccupation with animal instincts and earth-bound consciousness, Consequently, my mind was often kept in the dark. I hope that to some extent I am attuning for those shortcomings now.

And as to time, it is really hard to explain, not sure I can totally grasp it myself. Let me say instead that everything is cumulative, past, present and future inform and create each other. Just as you see a stream passing over rocks and running to the sea eventually but now and then being caught in eddy pools or draining off into marshes or evaporating into the air. Each drop still exists, but it cannot be defined apart from the whole. Each drop of water has blended with others or has been diverted into side ventures, but each will eventually join its fellows in an uncallibrated whole but at what point eludes definition.

I can tell you that we are the sum of our parts and that, here or there, we strive for greater union with Source, and, in that process, we bring a unique hue to our part of the whole, that hue hopefully growing brighter as we continue our work and gradually learn to become one with The One.

Ann: Very confusing.

Richard: Well, I did warn you – and I think I may have mixed my metaphors there a bit. Suffice it to say that there is a lot going on at the same time and any movement anywhere affects the whole. Which is why I and many others have gathered to assist you and those with like inclinations in expanding your consciousness so that, with the awareness of the interconnectedness of all, at least some elements of extant humanity might come to a better understanding of their role in creation. I have become the previously human embodiment, so to speak, of “Do as I say, not as I do,” and so I strive to contact those who can hear and who want to correct course in a way that I never did.

As to my accomplishments, you have to look no further than what we together and along with many others and your readers in particular are bringing out on this blog. I have had the privilege of working with some who have found me here as well as those who connected with me by other means.

What I want to say to you and your readers is that we are making progress, all appearances to the contrary. Every downturn brings time and attention to where we have been, what we are doing, and what we do and do not want to continue doing in future.

Don’t give yourself megrims, dear ones, just keep asking and listening and raising your level of consciousness. That is the task for all of us as slowly inch by inch, soul by soul, we move forward.
