The Arcturian Council
We bid you good morning and good evening on days and nights that vary all over your planet. Time, the time of day, even on such a small world as the planet earth, is subject to the general courses of the multiverse. Where you live, when you arise, when you stand, what you eat, as well as the vagaries of your bodily constitution are all subject, even generated, by the situation of the planet among its fellows in your galaxy and the galaxies in the configuration of those beyond.
We come to you today to ask you to revisit your situation in light of these shaping forces and to realize that each action, each thought that is allowed tenure in your being, shapes all of our surroundings, even to the farthest star. Though it seems strange to you mired in the gravity of your own being to your particular place on the planet, so it is.
We the Arcturians are your friends. We are beings, not only from other galaxies but other dimensions as well, so while you see and strive to grasp the expansion of the universe outward, keep in mind that it has also depth, height, and otherness that your language cannot properly describe. These are revealed in the beginnings of understanding posited in your string theory, your telescopes and your increasing willingness to grasp the realities of your vision as you recognize that the starships that enter your atmosphere, oceans, and caves are not of your own making.
We come to offer help in the form of interruption of those vibrations which seek to derail the ongoing expansion posited by our Creator at the beginning of each and every world. Because of these vibrations, some of you have lost your way and can no longer manage to lift your gaze to receive anything other than what you think you have created in your own little world.
If the Created Universe is to continue to expand, these vibrations must be interrupted. We are doing our part in this regard, and we ask that you too step in to redirect such energy when you see that it becoming separated from the universal flow. With all of us on board, the trajectory will move as intended, inexorably into the light.
We are the Arcturians and we ask your indulgence in receiving this message.

I recently did a past life regression whereby I was anointed into the Arcturian Council. I have not done any research on Arcturians prior to that as I have had meditative experiences with an Andromedan called Althenia from the Andromeda Galaxy. I must admit, now I am a little confused although both are from other dimensions and here for one purpose, to heal humanity and Mother Earth. Thank you for sharing 🙏🏽✨

Wow! The Arcturians! Love them! Starships have been sighted and photographed by many in the sky and oceans particularly airforce and navy. I have a kinship with the Arcturians as do many others. I wonder if they came to Ann because of her own kinship with them.
