What do you see this morning?
Ann: Good morning, Merlin.
Merlin: Good morning, Ann. I wanted to catch you first thing before the events of the day overtakes you. This is the season when vision is expanding, when many of you notice gifts of nature that might pass you by at another time of the year.
In particular, see if you can bring to your notice those elements usually hidden from human vision, the air fairies, the night spirits, and the angels that walk beside or behind you, just to name a few. Some of you may find in yourselves the heart of such creatures.
Do not turn away, for you have been offered a gift. Many of you have your roots in nontraditional sources which you sometime think of as aliens, but which are in fact just as endemic to the planet as any other species – more so actually since many of us have been here since time began, as have many of you.
So take a break, if you can, from that relentlessly logical arbiter in your brain, and see if you can turn your heart on to receive without judgement the gifts that Spirit has offered you.
If you find yourself protected by angel wings, simply give thanks. If you are momentarily blinded by sunlight and lifted out of your usual space and time, simply experience. And when you find yourself communing with those from other realms, don’t look down.
We are here to help you, to remind you of the very large family of which you are a part and which is on hand to give you a lift over some of earthly life’s roughest patches.
