St. Catherine: Yes Ann, it is I. I have been hovering, quietly waiting for some time where you will sit down to simply ask and listen. You do not always have to direct the action, you know.
Ann: Right, sorry about that. What would you like to say?
Cathy: This is the summer of our unrest. I would like to ask each and every one of you to pause before you dive back into the world’s activity. We on this side see a world on the brink of transformation or chaos, and the parameters are clearly marked. What I am hoping to encourage is a moment of reflection. Where do you fit? What do you want? For what purpose did you come to this planet?
Your age is irrelevant. Life’s purpose continues to evolve whatever our age, for our choices are still manifesting our future. Whether on this side as I am, or whether you are still in human form nothing stays the same. Your soul, dear ones, is eternal and evolving, so I ask, where do you want to go, who do you want to be?
Would you consider taking a moment to raise your consciousness to receive input from the angels and guides that surround you? Everyone has them, you know, whether we stop to listen or not. Sometimes we need a reminder from someone else, someone whose view is not obstructed by our personal concerns and worries.
Do you have someone in your life that you could ask to tell you whether they see guides around you, whether they can see what seems to be going on in your life that you might be missing? This is the time for the energy which has been pulsing under your radar to be recognized and taken into account.
It is there, dear ones, this is a time of immense and growing vibrational pulls on the planet, both in the natural evolution of the physical dimensions and patterns within and surrounding the earth, and the internal energy available to each and every one of you.
Do not worry about being told to do something you would rather not. This energy is revelatory not directional – though illumination does have a way of opening up one’s options. However, the choice of action, if any, is yours. Simply a shift in consciousness, a raising of vibrational frequencies may be all that is right for you at this time. Whether you change your direction or not, your path going forward will be infused with Spirit’s Holy Light so that you can better see where you are going – and perhaps where you have been.
My dear ones, we are as close as your next breath. Ask for our help, and it shall be yours.

Such a lovely message. I wonder if religious orders will make a comeback in the future as we become more spiritual or are they a thing of the past? I wonder what Cathy would say? Thank you both.
