Anita Sacco,* a multi-talented channel and a good friend of the blog, offered the following communications from the Arcturians.
"We thank you for this opportunity to share our message for all of those who find Ann’s blog and the energy that we send to her and through her. We want you to know that you are not alone at this time of development, growth and awakening. Many like us from within the Universe are working together to send energetic upgrades to the Earth. Along with angels, spirit guides and animal guides all are working to help Gaia ascend along with those of the planet who are awakened.
For those who do not know who we are, we are from the planet Arcturus and operate in the 9th dimension. We are connected to Source and are gifted with powers to heal body, mind and spirit. We are tasked with the oversight of keeping the Earth and its inhabitants from self-destruction. There is much activity in the skies that is not seen with the human eye as we operate in the 6th, 7th and 9th dimensions. We have the best technology and weapon system in the Universe and it is well known. We exist to protect those species that are at risk of harm and extinction.
Of utmost importance and a component of Divine Law is the respect of another’s free will. We cannot violate someone’s free will even if the intent is for the betterment of the individual. You have a saying on Earth the “power of no”. This is the embodiment of free will. You are all connected to Source, as are we. We would like to recommend that you begin each new day with an intention to set your vibration to the rate of love.
Fear can be most paralyzing and it, along with the ego, is a human emotion that can change someone’s direct path to Source. This channel [Anita] began to accept our message well over six weeks ago, but her fear of failure, fear of inaccuracy, fear of not being credible continued to stop her from finishing this message. We are very pleased that she has stepped back and decided not to let fear define who she is, but rather rise to the occasion to follow her heart.
We want you to know that now is the time to create consciously the world that you want to experience, the world that is beautiful for everyone - be the agent of change you were born to be. Now is the time to bring your consciousness into this creation process and to feel how powerful you are as creator beings.

Hi Ann & Anita. First of all thank you for sharing! What beautiful gifts...embrace them. I'm curious about the Arcturians. If they heal body, mind & spirit...how do we contact them. When we pray it's for God's "ears" only. Is there any way for someone to be in contact that doesn't have your gifts?? I hope I'm not out of line in asking.
