Anita* sent me this healing meditation from her guides. I have found it to be quite powerful.
Setting One’s Intention for Healing
Take a few breaths and focus. Visualize that there are intruders running up and down the inside of your body. See whatever image resonates with you. For Lyme Disease, I would visualize small round circles (I would suggest not getting too creatively accurate because it might repulse you) swirling around in your bloodstream, your body. Adjust your visualization to pinpoint what energies you want to release from your body.
State firmly - you don’t belong in my body, I am in charge of my body not you. I command you to leave. I am in perfect health.
Now, visualize a golden white light entering your body through the crown chakra. Feel it fill your head, now your throat, it is covering your shoulders and it continues down the inside of your torso. Watch the golden light with your third eye as it continues through your body, down to your legs and finally to your feet. It continues out of the bottom of your feet into the earth taking the small round circles with it.
Pick up a Quartz or Lemurian Seed Crystal or other healing crystal as applicable and hold it to your heart. Visualize that it is attached to you and believe it has powerful healing properties. Hold this stone to your chest and say again I am in perfect health.
If you could do this at least once a day it would be great. Twice a day even better.
Remember to rinse the Crystal after each use.
