I have been feeling somewhat under siege so I asked this question, and the A Team answered.
Ann: Jesus, Merlin, Richard, any words of wisdom? Are we being attacked?
Richard Burton: Yes, love, it is the nature of the beasts of darkness to focus on those it cannot convert to its own ideology. The word "ideology" should give you a clue. It is a made up arrangement of events and “facts” that have nothing to do with reality and everything to do with providing a water tight rationale for the fantastic or the indefensible. There must not be a crack in its false foundation so those who are invested will fight to the death to keep themselves from confronting any challenge, for this would require a look in the mirror.
When life has not transpired as we had hoped, the wounds we suffer can fester and contaminate the entire system. We need protection, yes, but our guides and angels must be welcomed by our deepest selves, for that is where any successful attack puts down roots.
Each of us craves certainty, and we therefore carry the seeds of the ideologue in our own genes. It takes constant vigilance to keep that part of ourselves at bay because that is the part that is fed by fear, and when we are afraid, darkness finds fertile ground.
Jesus: Your heart’s true north is with Spirit. Every time you open to Spirit, your system purifies and your energy flows freely. Strength returns as the blockages that the ego has allowed to gum up the works are dissolved, and then you find yourself smiling.
That is your best indication that you are on the right path, the path that leads to wholeness where you take your place within the great continuum. Nothing else will suffice, for it never serves to try to color outside the lines of our Creator’s great love.
Once you remove the ambivalence in your own soul, such attacks will find no purchase. Your sword and shield are your own, powered by Spirit and sufficient to your needs. Wholeness needs no defense, for arrows simply bounce off its solid spherical surface.
Merlin: Come, my children, and allow those who walk with you, who carry your well being as their deepest desires to surround you with their love and protection. With their energy flowing through you, with the Great Spirit, the great Yggdrasil herself offering you her own support, turn your face from any suggestion that you are not enough, that your existence is anything other than an extension, a unique extension of our Creator’s love. And then with this love in tow, you can use your great gifts to realize, to advertise and exemplify its power.
We come to teach you unification. This is the lesson for the ages and for your heart in this particular time and place. Take it into your soul and claim its strength and clarity that is your birthright. We will stand with you as you will stand with us and shine through any dark energy that comes upon us.
