Thor: The Lightning Strike Of Anger

Cosmic force of destruction and defense, instinctive, not conscious.

Fire controlled by man, a willed energy, human passion.

Ann: Thor?* I am angry. Can you help?

Thor: Yes, milady. I can feel your vibrations from the beginning of creation because they resonated with my own. It was Archangel Michael who helped me turn that anger into protection and peace, and so, in turn, I come to offer you my aid in the form of a little poem:

"Fierce through the night the lightning flashes,

Fire and ice with trumpet crashes

Beat the drums of war with rolling thunder,

Fighting, raging, tearing asunder

Every creative spark born in pain,

Till not even ghosts of ashes remain.

Who can tame this wild-eyed marauder

Whose breath fans flames and senseless slaughter?

Nothing less than the kindness of angels will serve,

The gentlest hand offers love undeserved.

None else dare approach him

When death rules his world,

Destruction and terror with deadly aim hurled

Except at the one who crept under his guard,

With a flagon of mead and a morsel of yarde.

That fragile spirit, the grace of mankind,

Tempted his heart and gentled his mind,

Love asking nothing, just that it be heard,

Soothing the anguish and offering the Word

Of His Holy Truth, nothing less, nothing more,

We are born out of grace and belovèd by Source."
